I am going to try out this blogging thing, I have heard great things and read others, so we'll see...unfortunately, I don't always tend to finish everything I start, but I will try.
We were blessed to have an awesome holiday with Tony's parents visiting from Pennsylvania. They were able to meet Blaine and spend time with him. I was definitely missing my family back in Michigan, but we will be going there soon enough!
We had a great Christmas, obviously our little guy didn't care much about what was going on, but he will soon enough. He was very good as he slept through all the activities. It was really nice, so on Christmas Day we all went out for a walk after presents. It was a special treat for our dogs, Daisy and Bella because walking them has become difficult when I push Blaine in the stroller. Blaine got totally spoiled and I got a Flip camera from them. Can't wait to record fun little videos of Blaine! It's hard to believe that our little guy is almost 6 weeks old. I'm amazed out how big he has already is. He was so tiny, everything about him was small. And now in a matter of 6 weeks, he has these chubby little cheeks and actual fat on his body. It's nice to see him growing so fast considering all the problems we had with his size during pregnancy.
We are excited to spend a quiet evening at home, celebrating the beginning of 2011 as a new little family!
